This Siccagno tomato sauce is made just like the preserves of yesteryear and brings Mediterranean flavours and aromas to the table. Once the passata has been prepared, it is mixed with a light fry made with extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, freshly picked basil leaves and bay leaves. All ingredients come from the same territory.
