This Siccagno tomato sauce is made just like the preserves of yesteryear and brings Mediterranean flavours and aromas to the table. Once the passata has been prepared, it is mixed with a mixture of chopped extra virgin olive oil, salt, chilli pepper and freshly picked wild fennel. All ingredients come from the same territory.
