SALSA PRONTA AL PEPERONCINO BIO

The Siccagno tomato grows and ripes unirrigated (meaning without water) in the warm sun of the Sicilian hills; this significantly enhances its organoleptic, qualitative and nutritional qualities. This Siccagno tomato sauce is made following the traditional way of the past and brings the Mediterranean flavours and odours to your meals. Once the sauce is made, it is mixed with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly picked and minced hot pepper. All the ingredients come from the same region.
TIPS FOR USING: you can pour the sauce directly on the just drained pasta or heat it before for 2/3 minutes. Once opened, store the sauce in the fridge and consume it within three days.
