This Siccagno tomato sauce is made just like the preserves of yesteryear and brings Mediterranean flavours and aromas to the table. Once the passata has been prepared, it is mixed with a mixture of chopped extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly picked chilli pepper. All ingredients come from the same territory.
